Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver across India with tracking. Delivery is free in Bengaluru, and we pay 50% of the delivery fee everywhere else.
How long does delivery take?
14–17 working days. Every Kuching piece is made by hand, so it takes a little longer than factory furniture.
What if my cat doesn’t take to their new Kuching piece?
Our 15-day “Cat Approved” Return Guarantee lets you return it even if your cat has already tried it, and we cover return shipping. Cat scratching is completely fine. We just ask that the piece isn’t broken, has no accidental or human damage, and is packed securely in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram to arrange the return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return reaches our studio.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@kuching.in within 48 hours of delivery if your piece arrives damaged, cracked or with a manufacturing defect. We’ll collect it free of charge and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Every Kuching piece is woven by hand from natural cane and yarn, so each one has its own character. Expect small variations in colour, natural surface marks and weave, and dimensions within ±1–2 cm. That’s what makes your piece one of a kind.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge any time before your order ships. However after dispatch you will be charged full amount of the product.
