The Ritual

  • Soak gently. Lukewarm water only. Add a mild detergent — nothing harsh, nothing that strips.
  • No friction. The stitching is intricate by design. Let the water do the work. Your hands are just there to guide it.
  • Solar Dry. Lay it flat in natural light. It won't shrink. It won't bleed. It will simply return to itself — the way good things do.

What to avoid

No washing machine. No tumble dryer. No extreme temperatures.The shape is part of the craft — protect it.

Kuching wants to make things right, and work with you to find a resolution. We understand no two cats are the same, and we would love to get to know yours and understand what’s best for them the most.

At that point, if you still wish to return your item, let us know and we'll process immediately. Simply repackage the product in its original packaging, and we’ll handle the pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your full refund within 7-10 business days.
