1. General Conditions

  • Kuching reserves the right to refuse service, modify product availability, or update website content at any time without prior notice.
  • Our products are intended strictly for personal household use by cat owners ("pawrents") and their cats.

2. Product Authenticity & Handcrafted Nature

  • Natural Materials: Our products are crafted using 100% natural cane, rattan, and cotton-blend yarns. Color variations, natural wood grain patterns, and minor weave irregularities are inherent to the organic nature of these materials.
  • Handmade Variance: Every item is woven or crocheted by hand. Dimensions may vary slightly (typically within 1-3 cm) from listed specifications. These are marks of authentic craft, not manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • As of now, We accept payments via Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. We apologize for the current limited option.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized by our payment gateway partners.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we strive to ship orders promptly, Kuching is not liable for minor delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional transport disruptions.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

5. Pet Safety & Usage Disclaimer

  • While our furniture is designed with non-toxic finishes, smooth cane edges, and sturdy structures, pet parents are responsible for supervising their pets during initial product use.
  • Kuching is not liable for injuries, accidental ingestion of materials, or damages caused by improper product placement, extreme pet aggression, or misuse beyond reasonable domestic pet activities.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including brand names, logos, product designs, copywriting, photography, and graphic assets—is the exclusive property of Kuching and currently under Design Patent filing.
  • Unauthorised reproduction, duplication, or copying of our designs or editorial media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kuching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction resting in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
