Cane is a living material. It breathes, it flexes, and with the right care, it only gets better with time.

The Ritual

  • Dust. Begin with a dry cloth. Gently remove the dust from all over the surface area.
  • Cleanse. Followed by a gentle damp wipe to finish. A slightly damp cloth is all it needs.
  • Solar Dry. Place it in natural sunlight and let it breathe fully before returning it to its space.

What to avoid

No soaking. No rain & sun exposure for too long. It's natural wood after all.

Treat it like something that was made to last. Because it was.

Kuching wants to make things right, and work with you to find a resolution. We understand no two cats are the same, and we would love to get to know yours and understand what’s best for them the most.

At that point, if you still wish to return your item, let us know and we'll process immediately. Simply repackage the product in its original packaging, and we’ll handle the pickup.

Yes. The Kuching Nook hides your cat’s litter tray inside a hand-woven cane cabinet, and its flat top with a raised woven border works as a side table.
What size litter tray fits inside the Kuching Nook?

The Kuching Nook holds a 20 × 16 inch litter tray. The cabinet measures 25 inches high, 22 inches deep and 18 inches wide. Measure your tray’s outer edges, including any rim or handles, before ordering.
How do I access the litter tray for cleaning?

Open the hinged front door with the cane latch and slide your tray out to scoop and clean.
Does the Kuching Nook have ventilation?

Yes. The open cane weave lets air circulate around the litter tray.
How do I clean the Kuching Nook?

Wipe the frame with a damp cloth. To remove litter dust inside, use a vacuum brush attachment on low suction. The raised legs leave room to sweep and vacuum underneath.
How does delivery work?

What if my cat doesn’t take to it?
