Caring for your Kuching.

Cane is a living material. It breathes, it flexes, and with the right care, it only gets better with time.

The Ritual

  • Dust. Begin with a dry cloth. Gently remove the dust from all over the surface area.
  • Cleanse. Followed by a gentle damp wipe to finish. A slightly damp cloth is all it needs.
  • Solar Dry. Place it in natural sunlight and let it breathe fully before returning it to its space.

What to avoid

No soaking. No rain & sun exposure for too long. It's natural wood after all.

Treat it like something that was made to last. Because it was.

If your cat is not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns. Please connect with us.

Kuching wants to make things right, and work with you to find a resolution. We understand no two cats are the same, and we would love to get to know yours and understand what’s best for them the most.

At that point, if you still wish to return your item, let us know and we'll process immediately. Simply repackage the product in its original packaging, and we’ll handle the pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your full refund within 7-10 business days.
